I enjoy working with students and families in order to help guide programs that are specific to that student’s needs. My goal is for all of my students to be successful in life, whatever path they may take.”

She has a similar, upbeat attitude about the challenges she faces in her profession. “Challenges are just speed bumps along the way. These are times when we can grow the most. I find that in times of challenges, we must be creative in coming up with programs and solutions that meet the students' needs. Challenges that require times of creativity made be caused by a deficit in time, money, or resources.”
